3. Except that the upper part of the main shaft of some models adopts sliding bearing, the other transmission parts adopt rolling bearing. Therefore, it must be operated under good lubrication conditions, otherwise the bearing will be damaged and the service life will be shortened. 4. The metal block is strictly prohibited to enter the machine. If it is found, stop the machine immediately and take it out, otherwise the grinding roller and ring will be damaged.
5. The feeding shall be uniform and not more or less. Too much feeding will block the air duct and reduce the output, which is easy to burn the motor. Too little feeding will also reduce the output. Refer to table 1 for feed particle size. It is strictly prohibited to add large materials into the machine.
6. Air volume adjustment: the air volume control valve located on the air inlet pipe of the fan is generally opened to the maximum position and adjusted appropriately according to the fineness and output requirements. Small air volume and high fineness. However, it should be noted that the air volume is too small and it is easy to precipitate materials in the air duct under the main engine. Please adjust it appropriately. The regulating valve located on the dust discharge pipe at the outlet of the fan can be adjusted to ensure that there is no dust at the feed inlet during normal operation.
7. Fineness adjustment: according to the size of the material, the hardness, moisture content and specific gravity are different, and the processing thickness is also different. The analyzer above can be adjusted, with high speed, high fineness, low speed and low fineness. If the fineness is improved, the output will be reduced accordingly. If the requirements are not met, the air volume and speed of the fan shall be debugged, which can be flexibly mastered by the user.
8. The scrapping limit of grinding roller and ring, and the remaining minimum wall thickness shall not be less than 10mmm.
9. When the machine is shut down, stop feeding first, and the main machine still continues to operate to continue grinding the residual materials. After about one minute, turn off the main machine motor and analyzer motor to stop grinding, and then stop the fan motor to blow away the residual powder.
